@KA56 looks like you could have sized down in the waist but then the legs would have been tight? Regardless, jeans will only stretch where pressure is applied. So if you wear a belt and don't gain much weight, they should be fine how they are if you're comfortable with that much extra room.

@Johnnyutah247 yeah, I tried the 33 but couldn't pull it all the way up because of tightness in the lower thigh.
I dont mind wearing a belt, I'm mostly worried that the thighs won't stretch much but the butt will, and Ill end up with a diaper looking top block on skinny legs

Picked up the latest batch in February. Worn about 3-4 times/week. First wash after a dirty week at work and being bored at home with covid. Excited to see how these continue to age.

Just picked these up second hand, essentially unworn. Been looking for these forever and couldn't resist them when I saw them. Typically I wear a 35 or a 36 in the 888, I got these in a 35, so they are a bit slim as of now. They are hemmed to about a 32 for now which allows for stacking. In the past I don't usually stack, I usually hem my jeans for a clean break, but I'm kinda digging these with the slimmer fit and some stacking. What does everyone think? They feel a little weird because I'm really not used to stacking, and they are also practically new without any fading or creasing from stacks.
For reference I'm about 6'2" 215.

@Johnnyutah247 I like a bit of break and the ability to cuff or have that extra length depending on my chosen footwear for the day.
Yours look just like how I'd wear them. I might cuff them just a small bit to reduce the stacking, but that's personal preference. You can always hem them after the pair sets its creases and relaxes a bit.

But I'm kinda digging the stacks. Especially because these seem ever so slimmer than my other 888's

@Johnnyutah247 For sure. And that's one of the many great things about high-quality denim like Iron Heart. For me, I wear the lighter-weight in a fashion like your posted picture; ie, a cleaner, fitted look because that works well with lighter denim. The heavy stuff, like the 19, 21, and 25 oz weights, I tend to be chunkier, and because of that, I like to wear them in a rugged, less tailored fashion.

@Northman to me od is much softer and has literally no stiffness left from the start. But it's more stubborn to fade and will fade more even to a different tone compared to sbg which will fade to grey with lots of contrast and really fast.
