On another note, regarding quantity, does anyone know if the 555-XHS drop will be larger than the 555sii drop today? Just from what I saw on ironheart.uk's site it didn't seem like a very substantial quantity, especially for a major seasonal release?? Was this due to the fact that this was the last of the 18oz double indigo? or are these numbers standard for every release??

I think it depends all on the release. To me, it seemed small because of the lack of denim left. I could be wrong. On a release such as this one, I assume they'll send some to the stockist and sell the rest here. Just keep your eye on the thread. The Crew gives a heads up with the email notifications so you should be okay if you act somewhat quickly.

Numbers can vary due to a whole load of factors; the amount of denim that is available, Japanese release or western only, number of retailers are taking them etc, etc.
The XHS is hard to make and these utilise a complicated and expensive dyeing process. Also, given that both the 888 and 555 are being made from this denim and given that this is available in Japan I don’t expect there to be loads.
The crew may have numbers but you may also have to wait and see.

No. When they go live you'll know (well you'll know how many are left). Despite what it may look like, we have a shit load to do, duplicating info when we are rushed off our feet needs to be avoided. Sometimes when we are quiet, we'll publish that info in the forum, but we do not do it as a matter of course….

I wonder if they will have navy arcs like the 888-XHSib.
So they do come with yellow arcs. Does the 888-XHSib still get the navy stealth arcs treatment as seen on the sample pair or nope?
