I don’t want to get anybody’s hopes up, but there’s a possibility that if I’m not feeling it, I might move my XXL along. I’m at the point in my clothing and boot journey where, if something doesn’t absolutely knock my socks off, I’d rather pass it along to someone who’ll appreciate it more.
Edit: for the record not selling just talking about things have to perfect in the journey

What's your experience in how responsive their customer service is? Waiting for a reply for a while now, but maybe it's normal?

@FlavourFade I sent them an email about sizing on the Ramblin on release day. And Jacob answered after a few hours. Because of the time difference, Sweden is 9 hours ahead. I knew a quick answer was not realistic, I didn’t know if I would get a response at all. But I was gladly surprised to get one. And ended up making me confident enough to decide on a Medium.
Jacob is super solid and their customer service is most often fast and on point in my experience:)

Can't wait for my Ramblin. Hasn't shipped yet. Maybe on monday. I just realized they have 4th of July weekend and all across the pond.

I do like the preorders concept SJ has tho. This was different with Ramblin ofc, but having to wait ages for something to be completed makes receiving it more rewarding and better for dopamine and all

Just wanted to provide with a different experience, for me it got shipped later the same day. I got a shipping confirmation and could look at the package on DHL eCommerce international.
I have no idea how or why they prioritize packages.. I’m more used to wait several days before it gets shipped. But this time I was more lucky. Still takes around 2 weeks to get to Sweden, and often stay a few days in customs. But I’m happy they both gave me a respons quickly and shipped it the same day🥰 -
@mecken88 I actually got in touch with their customer support last night and being anxious about receiving mine sooner I asked to pay extra for DHL Express to get it sooner. The label got created and they were super responsive and helpful. Probably won't actually be picked up until next week though.
But yeah I did that after I noticed the shipping was DHL eCommerce International. I just bought it quickly so didn't pay attention to the shipping options when in fact I was prepared to get the more expensive option. They have great customer service. -

Didn’t wanna jeopardize missing out being too long in the shipping alternatives option. Don’t know why they chose DHL eCommerce this time. The past times iv ordered just the same it’s been USPS.
Oh well, it will turn up eventually

Just received my Ramblin jacket and it's awesome. I ordered a size medium for layering over flannels, etc., but my actual size just to wear with a tee under would have been a small. The bottom hem measurement might have been too small for me. however. Tried it on over a Samurai flannel and fits nice with some room (not too tight, not too loose). As of now I am rolling the cuffs back and if I have to do that from now on I am okay with that. Also love the small details like the leather backing on the buttons. Gonna give it a hot soak to dial in the measurements a little. The denim is light weight enough that I feel confident that if it gets a little tight in places it will stretch back out. My first SJ jacket so happy to get one without much fuss or having to wait several months to find out if it works for me.
