The old boy had some issues with his stomach for a couple of weeks. After lots of time (and money) at the vets we now know it was food related, looks like he has established an intolerance against most animal proteins in dog food, gets a combo of insect based and vegeterian dog food now and is luckily so much better already.

@Chap
We know this problem with food intolerances only too well, our bulldog Kurt is now so far that he only tolerates horse muscle meat without offal as animal food. As a vegetable side, Kurt also gets carrot puree and millet flake porridge. I.e. I stand in the kitchen at least once a week and process 5-6 kg of carrots into porridge. -

The ultimate @denim-dawg shout out. His signature hat with my pooches names on it. Dog ear cap with the dog's names. What a legend.

My friends have heard me talk about the brand for the past year. One of decided to finally try a pair out! What better way to break them in than to camp.

I was walking my dog Disco this evening in the local park, when I noticed him tap something just off the footpath. I looked down and saw an enormous Eastern Brown Snake slithering into the bushes.
(The Brown Snake is the second most venomous in the world, so you really don't want to get nipped by one.)
I did check him for bite marks, and I couldn't see anything. The snake had been facing away from the footpath, so he didn't pat the business end, fortunately.
