Now I need to find someone to build some floating shelves in fireplace alcoves, while the electrician and plasterer finish their work over the next few weeks.

night turn -
3-4 houses a week we build timber frame start to finish it’s all prefabricated panels so mostly erected using a crane . General week ground floor panels on a Monday on 3 plots crane erect then , fitting floor cassettes ,load roof trusses up onto the floor cassettes.
Tuesday/Wednesday build 3 roofs.
Thursday- first floor panels so lift the roofs out with the crane stand all external panels when that’s done land the roofs back on , jump inside and stand internal panels by hand all shot down using a nail gun.
Friday: easy day tidy up and set the following plots ready to go again Monday.
Nothing really hard by go fast as you can lol .

Thanks @Aetas haven’t tried FilaPS87. Using this product (pic below) as it’s made by the same manufacturer that makes the grout.
With a bit of elbow grease and patience, tiles come out cherry

wearing monkey boots by solovair. you wear docs right? This brand might interest you as Solovair was the og manufacturers for docs before they moved production to Asia. All their boots are made in England.@Joberwocky yo pretty close! Good eye tho. It’s the RO125…in last weeks pic that is. Unless you have x-Ray vision and saw it from the other side of the building and across the street into my truck… :o

I own a RO90, I guess everything looks massive by comparison
I've heard good things about Solovairs compared to Docs -
The RO90 may be small but it sure is mighty! It’s such a great sander!
@henry_david Unfortunately I can’t give a comparison as I’ve never owned docs. The soles are basically what I was after, something grippy and bouncy. I do like how comfortable it is being on my feet all day in those rubber soles.
