Another question, what does the red "W" signify that's woven onto every pair of jeans? Is it shorthand for "the Works"?

      WTB:
      IHSH-129 size L (blue)
      IHSH-19

Depends upon which way you look at it.

Either W for Works (Our Japanese holding company)

        or M for Motorcycle

Whats the difference if any, between the Logger and Engineer pants?

In our terms, an engineer has a hammer loop and a "ruler" pocket, the logger does not.  I noticed that the IH-821 was mis-described (which may have led to your question), so I have fixed that….

G or Alex, would it be possible for me to purchase a few of those leather pull tabs that come on the IH hoodies and some of the jackets.

I really like them and would like to add them to some other jackets I have.

Also, any idea what type of leather they are?

Perfect…perhaps I can get some slipped into one of my purchases once SS gear starts dropping...I know they seem insignificant, but they really add a nice touch to my gear with zippers.

Some chain stitching at the crotch junction has let loose. Pictures are below. I have thread to use. My question is do you guys think I can effectively  mend this with a needle and thread? These are my 888NT 1 Soak and one wash before I wore them 75F water

                          Maybe so. Maybe not

Yes, you can.  You'll need super tough thread and a man-sized needle.

I have worked on my XHS there so it’s doable for sure. Super sharp robust needle needed and a high pain tolerance. Thimbles made of kevlar would probably help too.
