@Geo:
Folks - I need to address this to all of you good peeps - just got a message from Giles regarding a super kind act of generosity . . . someone has dumped some funds into Giles' lap asking that he might use it to get something to cheer me up (drunk):
There are 3 points to this:
1. Obviously - WOW - I am quite stunned by the act
2. Seriously - the very thought alone raises my spirits (as does the the whole forum family) - so anything else really isn't necessary
3. Sadly - Giles said it wasn't enough to get the silver wallet chain . . . .Anyway given all that and my very genuine embarrassment could I suggest that maybe a charitable organisation might enjoy the benefit even more than I would? If that is something you would be comfortable with - please let Giles know.
I am hugely grateful and you have my fondest regards and all my respect
Thank you
Geo has chosen this charity for me to transfer the money to:

And very appropriate too…........................

radiotherapy tomorrow to get the weekend to rest up a bit
was quite excited about getting some tattoos on monday (me being tattooed 2 days ago - as opposed to monday getting tattoed by me!) only to find they are pinhead sized . . . bummer - a pretty pathetic 'x' marks the spot imo ::)
ironically - i designed the treatment rooms i'll be attending . . . one of my better jobs thankfully

All the best to you! I recommend doing something great after the therapy, that you can look forward to. Might help you in bad situations. A nice journey, buying a 300SL or whatever is a dream of yours.

That's something to look forward to, no doubt, hehe.

to a speedy recovery Geo & i was full expecting you to finish up my tattoo before you embarked on your little adventure.
don't have to worry about the lead shield just put up the fabric from the superblacks & all will be fine
don't know if you are/aren't religious but in any event thoughts, prayers, & good vibes are going out to you m8y
