No, just an arthroskopie of the shoulder to make more room and fix the allready damaged sinew. After 2,5 years of pain and a permanently inflamed shouler this will hopefully fix the problem.

Yea, and those big metal buttons on the mechanic are just awesome. I have one in khaki and have signed up for the charcoal herringbone drop. Prob gonna be my fav non-IH shirt when that one comes in. I think I'll start taking some "on the bed" photos as well. Been wanting to participate in the WAYWT but don't have a great way to do it (wife and coworkers are already worried enough about my growing obsession).
