First I was wearing a no name shirt today that totaly exposed my backside.

Then I switched to my old IH hoody and a Nike sweatpants, which will be my go to outfit the next few days, until I figure out how to button up my IH jeans onehanded.

I love it when you can actually feel the bone ends grating together . .

No, just an arthroskopie of the shoulder to make more room and fix the allready damaged sinew. After 2,5 years of pain and a permanently inflamed shouler this will hopefully fix the problem.
