please forgive me if I missed this but what is the expected stretch on these in terms of waistband? Given a month of wear, could I expect the customary inch if stretch?? Thanks!  Your thoughts- Everyone??  @Giles ?

These have been selling remarkably well, which leads me to think that other colours would work….We can get the same whipcord in black, navy, olive and khaki.  What do you think?

Any of the black, olive or navy would be spot on in my opinion! Would be happy with any of those options.

Personally I think there are enough khaki options on offer across the board!

I really dig the brown ones… at first I purchased them bc to my knowledge there hasn't been anything quite that color of brown... and I think they are selling partly because of this... but now I am digging them because of the fabric, which is of significant weight and heft... and you can dress them both up and down.

I would say in order:  1. black, 2. navy, 3. olive/khaki.

Based on same logic, in terms of what is available out there in terms of colors.

Olive and black and khaki I would buy, in that order.  I have enough blue pants, including the previous blue 816.

Edit post: I switched khaki and black because black does sound pretty hard and khaki pants are easier to come by.
