I wonder what the story is with Nine Lives right now. Kotaro Sato departed it would seem, and socials/product releases seem to be very quiet. I like their aesthetic and own a few items. It would be a shame if it's the end.

Ian is still trucking along in Tokyo. Planning his next collection and hoping to show in Paris. We shall see, its been a bumpy few years

They seem to have updated some stuff on their site. I also heard from Ian through IG and he said to be ready for more product coming this fall and spring!

Does IHUK manage or own the Nine Lives brand now? I had reached out to Nine Lives customer service and received a reply from the very excellent AJ, which surprised me!

@AdamJ Eagerly awaiting whatever's going on behind the scenes! I'd love to see further utilization of their 18oz sashiko fabrics. I've been eyeing the 'Go Blue!'* Varsity Jacket, but haven't seen many photos of it online and have been hesitant to pull the trigger for that reason. Would be great for them to have the forum integration of IH products so that we can get more details and a place to share experiences/community photos!

*A name I hate as an Ohio State University graduate, as our hated arch rival the University of Michigan grads have adopted this phrase
