I sent something back to them pretty recent and it came back looking better than I sent it. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it, even with the post office involved. They should still have plenty of time to get that resized before the party but reach out and ask about the date if that's important to you @Oaktavia

FYI if anyone is wondering: I emailed the repairs email and did not get a response for 15 days. I then emailed Rachel directly and she responded quickly.

I was told the cost to remove a link would be $350. To me that is not worth it, perhaps to others it would be. I suppose I will just wear my bracelet loose. FWIW, it does not fall off my hand, even when I shower or sleep with it on. It fits the way a bangle would. Plus, when I wear a watch, it helps it stay higher on my wrist.

@Oaktavia I'd do the same thing for that much. Maybe there's a local jeweler who can do this for you?

Maybe they treat rings differently since they did offer a one time resizing within a half size.

@pechelman I thought about bringing it to a jeweler but I am nervous about anyone non-GAH doing it. No real reason for that bias. I just love this damn thing so much. It is...precious to me.
