I've got one of the few denim M-65s to have escaped from Japan. I really should post pictures of it sometime.
It's a great jacket, and the overdyed version looks even better.
When @Madame Buttonfly posted mine out, she was very impressed with it. I suspect that she'll be in the queue for the new one.
sorry to post here but i'm not sure where else i reply to graeme's post, but is this the japan m65 denim you're talking about?? @Graeme if it is, they're a beautiful piece of jacket!

IH-777S-ABC - The ABC is a Pseudonym for a retailer. 777 cut in 21oz SBG with all tonal stitching (inc arcs and "W") and charcoal herringbone pocket bags…..I've changed the title of this thread as my posts don't always come with pics.....

777S-ABC sounds interesting. Good to see that another fabric is being considered for the 777 cut. My vote is to have more fabrics available for that cut.

Oh very nice. Loving that more fabrics are coming in the 777 cut. @Giles do you know if these are coming in a size 35? Also, I'm assuming this is the same fabric as the 634S-BLK?

This vintage 18oz. looks really promising. I'm wondering what inspired H to abandon the old 19oz. LHT for the new 18oz. LHT.

The mill that made the 19oz could not (or would not) make it any more….....We continually have these discussions with the mills, our denims are really difficult, time consuming and expensive to weave, when the mill gets approached by companies wanting easier denim woven, they find it hard to say no. Every time we weave a batch of 25oz, we think it may be the last.....
