Hey, that's some nice spiral pipe in those pics of that space, Brock. I'm a duct mechanic and I've been installing it left and right, lately.

Thanks man! That's one of the two things I didn't personally do in that building, along with diamond polishing the cement floors. (We actuality payed someone to do those projects)

I think The exposed ducting and conduit looks awesome in industrial spaces like that..

Thanks! The side with the ladder is now a hair salon, they move in on the first and the smaller side with the stairs is still for lease.
