Baking bread, making yoghurt, bit of vegetables in the garden, couple of hens maybe, walking with a dog at quiet beaches… yeah something like that are indeed my life goals

It will be interesting to see how much I actually end up with after I have strained off the whey. It's pissing out of the muslin at the mo.

Will this bring also a higher amount of fat to the final yoghurt? Greek yoghurt usually has a higher fat content?
