Iron Chef WAYCT - What Are You Cooking Today

I made Gulasch Beatle style with a twist of Jack.

All eaten and forgot to take pics…It was yummy.

Garlic (no vis) . . . . that makes me smile

the twist was actually just that instead of knödels I diced potatoes and tossed them in for the last hour of cooking.

ingredients: almost a kilo of meat, pork and cow, 4 red onions, 3 huge peppers (red, yellow and green) white and black pepper freshly grounded (a lot),  seasalt. A bit of flour and about 10 medium sized potatoes added today. and ofcourse about 500g of turkish youghurt.

next time I'll try to add real Jack (Daniels) ;-))

Naah Geo… I prefer red... I drink both... Got a 2001 Faugères that's gonna be popped tomorrow, can't wait...

think that's grand cru classe - and 2001 was decent for bordeaux . . . think I'd be looking forward to that too!!!

It' from a domain.

Faugères is a village located on the first hills 30 km north of Beziers in Languedoc .
