White's Boots

Thanks, gents. I thought it was probably a celastic toe. I have a few pairs of White's, both with and without celastic. Like them both for different reasons. Am trying to decide what would work best with the medallion cap and brown or black dress leather. I guess maybe celastic, though I do wonder, per Bluegrass, if the medallion toe cap and dress leather would hold up just as well without.

With the medallion you should fine and it might take out some of the bulb! But dress leather by itself or even just with liner is not recommended, have tried it and you see every piggy move (toe). Saying that, it depends on the thickness of the batch of dress they use per boot….if that makes sense?

I have several White's with non celastic toe and they are look fine. I like the less bulbous look.

I know, I know…But those soles on that model were the main reason that prompted me to buy White's Boots. Otherwise, I would have chosen Wesco...
I tested them today with a seven miles walk along the creek and I must say that work well. I am very pleased. From a purely aesthetic point of view, I love them paired with all my heavy jeans, from 634s to 666sod and more.
