I've mostly learned to accept my wife's indifference to ever showing up for anything less than fifteen minutes late.  Every once in a while, like when she's an hour late and it completely fucks up my plans, however, it pisses me off.

I needed to leave by 6:25, so I asked her to be home by 6:00.  She showed up at 7:30.

I own a Google / LG Nexus 5X.

The first handset lasted about two or three months before suffering a hardware failure.

The second handset failed in the same way last week in Sydney, after about twelve months.

Fortunately it's still under warranty, and handset three is arriving later this week.

Anyone want to guess how long it will last?

Length of warranty plus one week…

The phone is under warranty until January, so I'll run it for now, and replace it later this year.

I'm just wondering how many more handsets I'll go through before then.
