Planning a new appartment and all the moving is something I really hate.

Going through that myself. Agreed, hate it. Will love it when its over.

Finding a place fucks me off. Put it off for the last year as current place is decent, if a little small, but not worth the pain/risk/reward.

Last time after a holiday I came back to a disaster, to the point I don't remember that trip at all (not even photos I took until recently). This holiday, I came back and it seemed okay. Last week just really spiralled out of control. In 5 days back at work+last weekend, I've just worked 23 hours overtime. Really need to change jobs. If it all falls apart if I leave for even a week, something is seriously up.
On the upside, if it continues I'll have to go back to Tokyo again to keep my memories alive, again. This better not become a snake eating it's own tail.

major shout out to all the protestors in NYC & across the world. disrupting traffic & making people uncomfortable about the way law enforcement are able to skirt certain rules in the name of upholding the law & serving the public. is it justice or just-us
usually when some one says they can't breathe, they might be in distress, even if it's a seven foot tall black guy selling cigarettes
the way the entire administrative part of this is being handled by law enforcement/the courts is a damn shame. immunity to some officers makes the public think something was done wrong . . . wait something was done wrong, you can't choke a guy out cause he doesn't want to cuff up. thanks 2 all the officers & law enforcement folks who just want to do their 8 hour shift & are good people. i feel really bad for you all as you have to take the charge from the public who looks at all law enforcement as a$$holes
smh
no easy answers. until people policing communities can identify with the people they are policing things aren't going to get any better. implicit bias is a mofo ain't it

Some of the people I work with are absolute f**king morons. Was meant to be reviewing a submission prior to it being submitted to a client to check that what has been done is correct and to plug a few gaps that we know of. Never have I seen such a lacklustre crock of absolute shite in my entire life. I now have a shit load of work correcting the steaming barrel of turd that my colleagues presented me with as they frankly can't be fucking trusted. It's fucking wank. Words poorly written, numbers poorly substantiated, supporting evidence incomplete, presentation epicly crap. Very very fucking angry.

@madmonday NY is showing the world that America can still do peaceful protests. Very proud of that, I also appreciate the "I can't breathe" campaign. It's hard for me to imagine choking someone to death as a means of restraint, and it's hard to imagine how a police department can use as their defense effectively "dude was out of shape, it's his fault he's dead" and get away with it.

Medicine exams. It doesn't matter if I learn the stuff or not, I just get bad marks. Today I knew one answer.

+1 on hating moving. I shifted out of London at the weekend, and am heading to sunnier climes in a few days.
I've had a big falling out with Yodel. I packed off a bunch of clothes in a box, amongst other things, to be sent North as I was travelling by bike. It was meant to arrive on Friday last week, as it was the 24 hour service.
It's still not here. I had a chat to their online service rep yesterday, and was promised it today. No sign yet…

I'm feeling rather fecked off with Hastings Direct Insurance.
Had my bike insured with them, and just had to cancel the policy as I've just sold it. Under their terms and conditions, I can't get a refund because I've had more than six months cover. Fine. But then I have to pay £35 to end it early, and no option to leave it running due to legal requirements by the insurance trade.
Right, I'm not using them again.

where's the SAS when we need them in NSW…
