just got searched by a plain clothes police all because i was smoking at a stairs behind a billiard hall. he even checked my phone and read my messages, check my calls and contacts. what is this bullshit man!

Volcano, in Australia the police would require a search warrant to do that! Utter BS! For smoking WTF!
apparently in Singapore, as long as they show you their warrant card (police officer card), they have every right to check. that's what the staffs at the billiard hall said when i came out ranting and swearing. not sure how true cos i've never really bothered to check but now i'm gonna go find out!

definitely not pleasant. and i was made to stand like some prisoner with my hands behind my back and legs apart. then i had to empty my pockets and lay everything on the ground infront of me.
