Sending me a copy of a DVD hu… Fuck that...

my friend Ryan ****(and so on) purchased the follow DVD through the Adult DVD marketplace from you in the beginning of April:
"Best of pantyhose wrestling # 1"
This was him buying it for me, as I'm based in Europe and you only ship to CONUS. I have received the DVD but am sorry to inform you that not only does it not work, but after sending pictures of it, it has been confirmed by Playtime Video (studio who released this flick) as an unauthorised CD-R copy of this movie:

Playtime/Private Customer Service Staff_Would you be so kind to refund my friend completely, before I contact Adult Marketplace about this and send the studio your name and address (as found on the envelope) + email address?.. I'm not sending it back either, not wasting my money on a malfunctioning CD-R copy of a DVD.

We buy our product from wholesalers and manufacturers and are not aware of their sources.
HOWEVER, we have been in business many years and always stand by our service.
We have just issued a full refund to Ryan *** through our Adult DVD Marketplace account.
