While I was on vacation last week, upper management decided they would move my team up the road another 30 minutes away from my home. The presentation was: "We're going to move to this new location soon, we'll let you know when. It'll be temporary, but no longer than 2035."
...Well, thanks for your consideration but, I simply can't drive a 3-hour round trip commute. 2 hours is my max, and I'm already at the limit.
It's office space. When they move, most will stay behind, but I was denied this and they're acting as if I'm being fussy. Time to find a new team.

@SKT My brain broke for a few hours yesterday on the fourth day in a row of temperatures in excess of 38°C/100°F here in Sicily. Today we had a pleasant 32°C/89°F

@SKT the forecast was for 86°F up until a couple of days before our flight. Then it was 100° Friday/Saturday, which extended to Monday. The rest of the holiday should be the 86° I was promised
