I bottled my first brew tonight, I've decided to call it "Ginger Tits".

I now have 42 pints doing a two week secondary fermentation.

Dark, bitter and you can really taste the 11% alcohol. A tough one to say that I enjoyed, but definitely an interesting brew, not a session beer by any stretch.
