Agreed, the Sebenza is quite the knife.
But seriously, what kind of a lambic are we talking about here? Sweet, sour…?

It's a Geuze… So a blend of young and old Lambiek... But from a mono blend in this case!.. Sour but not acidic... The smell when I opened it - better than champagne... Also: it's 8.5°... Def not your regular Geuze...

It just sucks that you consider $5 for a 750mL bottle expensive, when we have to pay triple that, if we can even find the same beer.
