Dogfish Head does a Palo Santo beer that is quite interesting, definitely worth giving a try if their beers are easily available in your local beer case.

Agree on both the Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA (better than the 90 Minute) and the Palo Santo. Dogfish Head is a brewery that consistently puts out interesting beers. I have a couple sitting in my stash right now.
And Mega, I usually only drink a beer once every couple of days, so 3 in one night sounds like an epic evening.
Not all of us can drink our body weight in one sitting. That's just Seul.;)

Typically I wouldn't buy a $18+ bottle of beer but the label got me. That and the fact that I did not price check until after being rung up. Drank this guy last night before meeting up with riffblaster general.

This local gelato place in Philadelphia used to make Dogfish gelato. It was great!

If I were to take one beer to mars it would have to be Red Racer IPA
Goes great by itself or paired with any heavy-flavored dish
