Sam - Our New Crew Member

@Axel is leaving in a week or so, having 4 people around (effectively since @dylantbmayes came and worked with us) made us realise that we needed another full timer.

We extended and offer to @Sam a few weeks ago and he started yesterday (nothing like the mayhem of a sale to be thrown into).  Sam has a degree in photo-journalism (so he's now #1 camera guy) and has worked in mens retail clothing for a few years.

We can hear his Harley from miles away (he has just pulled up outside).
