For the sake of tracking this thing, can everyone please post how much they have lost/ gained when they post their weight please?

So far it's -4lb for me.

I was around 75 kgs around the festive season… So minus 2.4... I don't do pounds...

Well, I'm up a tenth of a pound from where I started.  I guess my fried shrimp and gumbo lunch didn't help my cause:

+200gms from my last posted measurement. I've been away for 3 days and hardly moved. Assume I just lost a fair chunk of muscle that's now converted back to fat.
