I'd say no, not a fan of the hair peaking out in the front either. I only wear caps when I have slightly longer hair, caps really don't suit me when I've got short hair.

Tuck the hair (prefer), don't tuck it, whichever suits you. I don't think the cap is a bad look on you. I agree some don't look right in them though.

The reason I cuff is that I enjoy the contrast it creates. Because of that, I don't cuff black x black jeans so my vote would be hem and no cuff. But, since that's not what you asked: no and no.

real mccoys  (i think), it's a reason folks wear all that technical stuff, old school sweat suits look kind of coolish, but man do they hold onto moisture.
