@T4920 - what about a leather piece/overlay patch similar to what the vulcans have on the front pocket - I have carried a pocket knife my entire life and the front pockets always get that issue on denim. The leather knife guard is brilliant and I wish it was an option for all denim tbh

@iammortalcombat ah that looks cool! But i'd have no idea how to do something like that, and I very much doubt such modifications would fall under the IH repair guarantee.

@T4920 probably not, but consider looking locally for a leather worker. If you want a laugh, really dedicated cosplayers who make their own stuff are 1000x better than most of my local tailors. Those folks have learned it to make fantasy reality, not just to maintain standard clothing.

@iammortalcombat that's actually a great idea, I know a few people in my city involved in that scene, I'll ask around.

                Thank you!

One of my pairs look like these ones (post no. 12 @Kybosh ) In this state should I start thinking about a repair or too early? The thighs fray a bit and the crotch gets brighter.

@Dmart I would get them in for a repair sooner, rather than later. It won't take much for this to pop open and become bigger. even though I have seen a photo if you want myself to fix them at IHUK, can you please fill this form out, just so we have a record of what needs repairing. https://www.ironheart.co.uk/content/wear-and-repair

@Dmart You still have some wear, If you become like the other pair then that will be the time to get them in for repair as it is easier to blend a smaller repair then a bigger one. I saw your email, once you get to the point where you have a little hole reply back to that email thread with some updated photos and we can go from there but for now you are good 🙂 .

@tody a tailor or seamstress could fix it easily I’d think but if it’s a defect and not some type of accidental snag or rip I’d do as suggested above and contact IH or WF depending on where you bought it.

No more shirts exist, so we can't really do anything to replace it, @tody. If you think it is a fault, then I would suggest getting it repaired locally and DMing me, and we will cover the cost

I love my 9oz, wearing it right now, but I have noticed that it snags easily. I have several pulled loops from my watch and belt buckle. That gusset is something I'd probably just repair myself, but Alex's offer is legit. Super cool!
