I'm a little surprised at at how lightly worn the jeans are.  Has Tommy not been wearing them much?

Not really, they were way too big for him in every way when he got them (I tried to future proof with the measurements) so getting him to wear them has been a chore. I'm still convinced he can do some damage before the end of the HWDC though.

Of course, if he takes after his mother, he's done growing…
