Thank you guys, and I gotta pass that thanks on to D666 for telling me about the Whole 30, and to Mr and Mrs Seawolf for their support and advice throughout. I dropped 17lbs in a little over 3 weeks now, and feeling better for it.

Loving the MBB's again now they are truly settling, and I would advise anyone who is questioning their fit in them at all to give them a couple of months at least before their true beauty starts to show.

Rafa, I'm as Texan as Chris is ( :D), and my HWDC belt is still fitting me fine dude
