@KrisB There is never a concrete date I am afraid.  Part of the Japanese psyche is that when they say something, then deviating from it is a admission of failure.  So when H says X will be ready on date Y, if it does not happen on date Y, I do not push the point.  Doing so, is cause for too much embarrassment.  Sounds mad I know, but that is how it is….
