I'd estimate the Primaloft at around 60g/m2 weight (which is what Patagonia uses for their Nano series of jackets for reference).  Again, a guess.  The jacket is very warm for the weight with windproof fabric, knit cuffs that really hold the heat in, and the cord collar you can flip up to keep the wind off your neck.  Warmth wise, everyone is different…but I'd say down to low 20's F with some layers and low 40s' F with just a t-shirt.

I'm planning to buy myself the last "S", but I'm not sure.
I did XS and S on 72 (and both went fine); S on 87; XS on 75 and 78…..... mumble mumble

i think you'll be fine with an S georgell.. I went with the same size with my 72 and the fit is spot on..
