hmmm should be the exact same thing though (except for the number of filters and the plastic bag)…?!

Yeah and maybe cheaper?  Don't know the exchange rate.  Identical product for sure.

        Think it, be it.

yeah, should be cheaper like 7 or 8 dollars i think. not a member of amazon though and the one from ebay ships from germany for free as well…so gonna order that one.

now, what grinder to buy? manuel or electronic?

eyeing this one (not sure if good, but it looks good and cost less) 🙂

I'd be interested to heard others' opinions on the matter, but mine is this:
            http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BPUH6OM/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Came with a pourover rig and filters.

I never buy beans ground.  Whole beans and a burr grinder right before the roast for me.

This. It's the only way to do it.

Is my grinder, I hand grind my beans daily :). A great way to start the day, takes up less space, I love the form of it as much as the function too. Portability was/is a factor. If I do travel I want to be able to take a grinder with me, even if on the road…Thermo filled with boiling water + hand grinder + aero press = perfect cup, anywhere in the world.

Thanks llvlaglne–gotta give Urb credit for that, he posted it a while back.  They sell them at Dogwood too, but Amazon was a few bucks cheaper.  Cannot recommend it enough, it heats up rapidly and I think accurately.  Previously, I was microwaving water and using that, so this is revelatory.

I don't know–here in the States, beer and coffee are definitely an intersecting Venn diagram, and hipsters populate a chunk of that intersection, but they are quite different markets, except for when they intersect, like Surly Coffee Bender beer.  I owe Zhivago some of that actually.

Here, it's easy to find it.  Just go to a good high-end restaurant or cafe, they usually will tell you what they serve.

Just ordered the following from Paradise Roasters up in Ramsey, MN:
