clock pushups hands at 11 and 3 for 20sec, 1 and 8 for 20sec, 10 sec rest

bent rows right side/left side 20 sec each with kettlebell 10 sec rest
bird dips w/ KB20 sec 10 sec rest
4x

burpees 20 sec on 10 sec off (for D666)
4x

one leg planks 20 on 10 off switch legs
4x
