                    Did some work, now Irish breakfast. Love these NB trainers. I go back and forth between whether these or converse-style vulcanized shoes are better for weight training, but no question these kill at cross training, tabata, etc.

                        I run in a pair of the Minimus; I like them a lot, and I've been pretty much a Mizuno guy for the last decade.

                            It says 813 on the insole. These are really light and have kind of a spongy insole. I think with a replacement insole they could be better for weight training.
