Fitted arms are great, no flapping in wind + they hold in the warmth beautifully.

Brilliant, that was one of Haraki's key design points….

And the fitted arms work great for layering. My 05 is the best sweat I have ever owned. I need this in black, at some point.

Not too get off topic or anything, but I did something just for fun to match this model of sweat and thought it might interest my fellow forum goers… (Sorry, my sweatshirt made me do it)

Had a hat made from thick chunky long staple cotton yarn knit by hand on a small circular hat loom (no side seems). Had it rough washed it and boiled with onion skins for authentic natural aged look. Than brushed the inside with a brass brush until sweatshirt-like fuzziness appeared. Now it almost perfectly matches the sweatshirt and paired with the sweat is now my favorite garb for evening walks and cold days.

I’ll post more pics in the hat thread as too not clog up this thread.

Love this sweat. Wearing it over one of my Tie Dye Paul shirts, I love how the colors look with it.

I got washed mine and the collar tightened up a lot. I'm very happy with her now.

@mclain really like that tie dye underneath.

I was curious if it was harder to do, or required a specific process because of the weight of the fabric

I don't think the weight will cause issues, what may is that the material is quite squashy, so you'll have to work at getting the screen to touch the fabric evenly…

I was almost certain that IH sweats were long staple cotton, but not I have proof! 😉

This is huge; this means IH makes casual/work wear that is made of cotton that is much softer than other sweats, doesn’t break down or become limp in the washer, holds dyes well without fading, and that is much more durable (just the cotton alone will last about 40% longer than other cottons). 😘 Same quality and staple length as jeans cotton… Let me put it this way: It’s certainly not just using the name to sell sweatshirts.

Best part is Iron Heart doesn’t even need to brag, they just make the best and the quality speaks for itself.

Typical Haraki-San. Let the product speak for itself. The sweats get better and better and better with time too.

Now I just have to show the soft inner on the sweat… fluffy like wearing several skinned baby kittens… (Very soft)

For those considering this sweat… get this one, seriously.

                                          Done 🙂
