Watches - another OCD problem

Also on the not subtle end of the spectrum is the IWC Big Pilot's Heritage 48. I've been wanting to take a look at one for a while, and found one in Sydney. It's a cool watch, but very, very big. :o https://www.instagram.com/p/BSACPvtAxvI/ There's a 55 mm version if this hasn't got enough wrist presence for you.

I think that they're about 7.5". I've seen a lot of smaller people on forums claim a similar size, so I don't know if I'm measuring wrong, or they exaggerate. I am pretty tall (6'3"), and have large hands, so I can carry off a bigger timepiece. Whether I want to is a different question.

Pretty cool dial, I'm a sucker for subseconds at any rate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A quick visit to Basel to drop off a friend and see a few watches.
For me one of the best new watches is the Seiko Diver. These are truly fantastic watches that have a certain something about them. It's the fact you are buying it purely for what it is and how's it's made, not because of branding or marketing.
It's the one I fancy buying next.
