Watches - another OCD problem

Loving the IWC @Tempvs

@Tempvs what's the watch on the left? It looks a bit like something Romain Jerome would do, but the A logo suggests it isn't. I've been scratching my head over that one, as it's a cool piece. There's an IWC Ingenieur with a boron carbide case up for grabs in the Only Watch auction. I'm a fan of titanium too, but that might be able to take a bit more abuse… And a piece on chronometry has been posted to aBlogToWatch, namely why isn't accuracy a selling point for watches? http://www.ablogtowatch.com/should-watch-makers-advertise-accuracy-mechanical-watches/ I certainly am of the view that tourbillions exist to show off your wealth, rather than performing any useful function.

Thanks @Tempvs. That explains why I've never heard of it, and why I thought it looked like a Romain Jerome. Hodinkee have a bunch of pictures and a feature on the Tudor Heritage Black Bay for Only Watch. Since everyone seems to be a fan of the brand, I thought that I'd post details. http://www.hodinkee.com/blog/Tudor-Heritage-Black-Bay-One-Reference-7923-Only-Watch It even comes with two straps and a bracelet. My suspicion is that: -
It's going to go for an awful lot of money.
-
It'll spend its life living in a safe.
-
Tudor would be mad not to put it into series production.
Go on Tempvs, you know you want to…

I read about that. It's a far nicer piece than the Tudor. I'm not jealous. Honest.
