It is with deep regret that I will have to bury my IHJ-08 today. It has worked incredibly hard for me over the long time I have had it, but it has eventually given up, the zipper is completely corroded from many a dunk in the sea, and it is just not worth replacing as I have worn holes in it all over the place...

The remarkable thing is that it still looks really smart (from a distance), I just cant zip it up....

@weftyarn Awesome! I have the IHJ-127-BLK on today and during my walk to work I did think "would be nice if this had a hood". Definitely a suggestion to be re-run!

@AdamJ Good to have some backing by the team hehe
The hood really makes the difference for me. Also compliments the general silhouette of the jacket even when you don’t have it on.
Takes away from using it as a liner, but I don’t see how anyone would use this beast as a liner anyways.

Only thing that the IHJ-08 misses is the vertical chest pockets

Of the fabric - Don't think so, it's just a change in the quilting sewing.....

Let me be third to chime in for a rerun! The zipper on mine is limping along, and the bottom is so shredded it’s hard to latch. But it is the best jacket ever

It may be my body shape and where it falls on my hips, but if it did come with a drawstring, I'd probably remove it

@Anesthetist still the best jacket, ever! I don’t reach for it as much as I would because the bottom of the zipper is close to failing.
