Last night I deleted files pertaining the dropdown and then I had to leave, so I was forced to use an old backup of a part of the site until now. Hope it's all good now though.

Yes that is fine, there are no dropdowns for the other categories.

Great! Actually I just saw that the howto is a bit outdated, in newer versions of Safari the Menu item is called "Reset Safari…".

But most of the time a force refresh will suffice: "cmd + R", so no need to clear the cache.

Ah OK gotcha. Just wanted to avoid confusion that there is ONLY one dropdown at the moment. Others will follow.
