Looking to spend a couple of weeks around the Island this fall. We have a general itinerary planned; Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Kurokawa, Mt Aso, Kagoshima, and Yakushima, but open to anything. Any cool shops to check out?

We loved Yakushima and our stay at Shikinoyado Yakushima

But yeah yakushima is so beautiful. Also in Kagoshima, sakurajima is a really fascinating place to explore. Just how the society deals with the volcano.
