Agree with the others, the IH varsity patch doesn't suit it.
I would move the 21oz Army patch to where the Japan patch is and leave that off. Imagining it like that leaves it more symmetrical in my mind.
But its your vest and the way you patch it up is what makes it truly yours. Whatever you decide will work.

I'd chill with it as is for a bit… Start with the Megatron one and work from there. Let it happen over time.

After reading everyone's thoughts, considering them, and taking into account how and with what I want to wear the vest, I have decided not to use the varsity patch.
Me personally would leave the vest blank as it is or as an alternative put that ultrahot transformers patch on it (though all of the IH patches are really hot too…) tough decision...
