Use the white wabash (IHSH-62-WHT) and make a single pocket work shirt (IHSH-165)
I kinda like this idea. That means it would sell like crap, and it will never get made.
Especially since the white wabash hasn't sold well, and the single pocket work shirt (both versions) had to be put on clearance to move…
As I’ve said before, most of my favorite IH pieces end up on clearance. I think I bought the single pocket in the first hour it was out :D. Oh well, I’ll keep throwing my probably-not-gonna-sell ideas out there anyway.

I don’t know if this would work technically, but a long sleeve work shirt made from an Aertex like fabric would be cool - literally!

Short of that, how about a lightweight, indigo dyed, linen shirt?
there's currently the linen blend sawtooth westerns, but those are long-sleeve. I'd like to see a linen-blend western but done up like the ihsh-13

How about a corduroy mesh trucker hat? Or one made out of IH's flagship 21oz denim? Could either have a plain bill with the red "W" off to the side or an IH logo patch.

I can second a mesh back trucker hat either like I suggested (21 oz denim) or such as Gasseousclay suggested.
Also, I keep hoping for a 25 oz XHS 888. One with black pocket linings and stealth arcs like the contest jeans would be what I'd wish for if I had a magic lamp. It would also be cool if they were sanforized and then once washed before they sew the patch on…
Even if it was an extra amount $$$ I'd love to suggest a once washed option for all new jeans... just wear 'em with no regard to shrinking, sanforized or not, raw, or whatever. I've noticed several companies doing this now.

Sounds like you can have a trucker hat if you buy a blank one and one of those patches: craft time! I'm tempted by the project myself and glad Gaseous reminded me of the patches.
Though having 21oz denim would take it up a notch.
