What makes IH special?

One thing, we have is this place, where you can actually ask the questions of a knowledgeable user community., and they will get answered.
Apart from that I am recusing myself. Which is part of the point, If you ask the brand owners and significant players the same question in any other company, I suspect you will get a load of bias....

Iron Heart has the overbuilt quality that feels like it will last forever. The weight of most IH pieces have a presence when worn that leaves an impression of armor made from fabric. It is smooth yet hefty. It lays on the body in a way that oozes with substance and incredible comfort. The wearer will find themselves touching their own arms, chest and legs to feel this texture, weight, and drape. The fabric, build quality, and customer service is so unbelievable, that you just have to tell someone!! But no one will understand how you could spend so much on a single shirt or pair of jeans. Then you find the forum….everyone here gets it!!! Everyone wants to share their ideas about their favored items and so so much more! -

@Lennarton only you can make that decision. But in my experience, I climbed the ladder from Tellason to Oni and then to Iron Heart and nothing else could compare after that.

The team is incredibly accommodating, readily addressing any questions I've had (as well as those from others on this forum), and they always go above and beyond. This community is a treasure trove of knowledge and filled with fascinating individuals, and witnessing the stunning aging of Iron Heart clothing is a testament to its quality.
Beyond being a clothing brand, Iron Heart feels like a community to me—I've even met some people from outside the forum too.
Plus, let's not forget, their clothes are absolutely killer!

Thanks to all of your kind answers. So the costumer service and the community is very kind (obviously like you lads). But I still can´t see any arument why its better or worth the price fpr IH clothes.

@mclaincausey thanks. but western shirts, N1 deck jacket, slim cut jeans are also available from older companies like Samurai, FREEWHEELERS for example. I just can´t see the difference to the older companies like Osaka´s 5 and the others

@Sir_Cuffs-a-Lot i had a555 in 21 oz. It did not catches me at all. It has nothein special. and the price was 329€. you get the same oz from Samurai for less.

I’ve had fantastic customer service experiences with other brands, but IH is just on another level. It’s certainly not by chance that I so often end up with a piece that fits just right. I also love pearl snaps, and sometimes take advantage of the upgrade option when ordering from IHUK. Zero questions return policy and free repairs for life
