Sanforized, One-Washed & Overdyed
- Sanforization is a post-weave mechanical process which removes most potential shrinkage from a fabric before garment construction
- To further reduce the risk of shrinkage, we wash the completed garment in an aggressive industrial washing machine.
- Following this, a high-temperature overdyeing process removes any remaining potential shrinkage - This garment may fit slightly smaller than its non-overdyed counterpart. Please refer to our measurement charts carefully
- No further shrinkage is expected if washed in accordance with our guidelines
Stretch Details - The waist will stretch out approximately 1" with wear. All other dimensions that are put under pressure will stretch proportionally to the waist
Care Guidelines - We recommend washing this garment at 30°C with a low (or no) spin cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry

I’ll go ahead and ask it a different way. For those of you that have owned both 21 oz OG and this slubby denim, do you think the stretch is comparable? I know from personal experience that the 14oz doesn’t stretch like 21 oz for instance (even thought the spec sheet says to expect 1” on the waist on both) appreciate anyone who has owned both to chime in

Slub is pretty stretchy and loosely woven…you shouldn’t have any issues stretching it out.
I don’t have the od, but it really shouldn’t make much of a difference
The OD process will remove any potential shrink from the fabric…but it will stretch. If you are slightly smaller than your ideal or right at, you will have no issues at all.

I own both. I’d say that the Slub denim feels more pliable and stretchy as compared to 21 oz.
I can’t believe I’m thinking of buying these, I just received my 634S-B today and I need another pair of jeans like a hole in the head

Torn between a 34 or 35, as the waist measurement I need is right between the two.

@yannis I’m in Canada but I’ve bought from Withered Fig before … I didn’t see that they had them.

The overdyed slub fabric is great. If you like the 634 for a regular fit this will be a great fabric to pair it with.

Looks like I’m a 38 in these … I usually take a 35 but I shoot for a 35.75” waist.
I’ll ask them if they can measure up a couple of pair. Thanks again,
