Starter: scallops with black pudding and pea purée
Main: roast duck, red cabbage, roast potatoes
Dessert: cheese

Happy to skip the drink if the circumstances don’t justify a real one!

Mains: surf and turf - using a lobster tail and Fillet mignon with a butter garlic sauce and triple cooked chips in duck fat and grilled asparagus

Desert: Guiness Cake that my mum cooks
