That’s the reason I shop less with them.

There a lot of stories disappointing with their service.

@Gavin666 my shipment left on May 31st from Portland Oregon and arrived in Milan on June 9th and has been stuck there since then, not yet delivered to the Italian post office... I hope there's some news this week

Jean’s finally being delivered today or tomorrow after nearly 4 weeks. No way is this anything to do with Self Edge as they were super efficient in mailing but entirely down to USPS. I for one will never order overseas again unless DHL, FedEx or UPS are used.

I have used selfedge and the postal service they use is terrible that is why I never use them.

Our postal service has been going through some internal issues for the last year plus. Ordered the last pair of 888 XHS SE had and after a month in transit it was considered lost. Kiya was very quick to respond and keep me updated. They sourced another pair and had it to me within a few days. I will say SE does everything they can to help. Our postal service however...

USPS has indeed had some delay issues recently, but they also have multiple levels of service. If a package is sent priority, it typically gets there within a few days. However, if a package is sent with the cheapest cost option, I’ve seen my domestic packages sometimes sit at one sorting location for a week or more, then suddenly show up at my house with no update to the tracking info. A package taking 2-3 weeks to Europe on USPS’s budget service isn’t surprising to me.

if you know a service is not very good as a company you should use another courier you are letting your customers down.

I paid the same shipping cost with Good Art. They use FedEx four days it here.

Self Edge same cost use USPS.

This is cannot answer as I have not seen or held a 19LOD in person unfortunately.
