Today’s breakfast, we are on Izu peninsula horse mackerel is a common fish here

We are sitting close to a river, pretty cold this morning, they have tables where you are seated on the floor with a heater underneath and a thick blanket to keep a least the legs warm.

@Chap that’s so cool and looks delicious!!! One day I want to go to Japan and eat breakfast there!!

My breakfast this AM.

Scrambled eggs with onion, shiitake mushrooms and two year-old cheddar.
Fried tomato, apricot raisin toast, and of course, coffee. Took Wolfgang hiking and decided we needed a good meal. He got a hard boiled egg along side his kibble

Not the best photo but I’m happy with this one. We ordered too much sushi last night and the salmon sashimi wasn’t even touched. Not a fan of waste so I fried it up with my eggs for breakfast and it was delicious! Not at all fishy. Cooked with onions, garlic butter, everything bagel seasoning, and gouda cheese.

Started eating and a bit later they brought this!!

Perfect time of year for patio because it was T-shirt weather and the bugs aren't out yet.
It was soooo good, @twin worthy even! Polished it all and feel fucking amazing!
