View ‘replies’ in the thread

Is there a way that I can just view all the “replies” within a thread as i scroll? I just realized that there’s some Reddit-style hiding of replies within threads, and I’m not used to it and can’t stand change. Halp I feel like I’m being left behind

I see all replies, so it must be a settings thing.

@Giles @sabergirl The 'replies' you see are not hiding the posts, they will still appear chronologically in the thread. However if you want to view that specific post, perhaps a question, you can do so by clicking on it, so you can see the reply in context.

Thanks for clarifying! I must have just not been noticing the overlap. It seems a little redundant when they’re right next to the reply in time, but I can see how that could be useful if the thread has already moved on to some other topic and you want to reply to someone.

I’m assuming comments only get put into the drop-down “reply” if you hit “reply” under a comment and don’t use the “post quick reply” box?
